How can I place an order with Haftsin?
You select your desired products, add them to your shopping cart, and then proceed to checkout. There, you enter your delivery address, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
Do I need to create a customer account to place an order?
No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account is useful if you want to track your orders more easily later.
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can quickly contact us via email or WhatsApp. We will then check whether a change or cancellation is still possible.
I forgot an item – can I add something else?
If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll gladly try to add more items. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
I haven't received an order confirmation – what should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you can't find the email, please contact us with your name and the approximate order time so we can check your order.

Are your products originally from Iran?
Yes. We carry selected brands and products that are either imported directly from Iran or manufactured under license according to original Persian recipes.
How can I find out more about ingredients and allergens?
Each product description contains information about ingredients, allergens, and – if available – nutritional values. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Do you also offer vegan/vegetarian products?
Yes, we have many vegan and vegetarian items. These are marked accordingly in the product description.
An item is sold out – will it be available again?
Many products are regularly reordered. If an item is unavailable for an extended period, please contact us – we will tell you if and when it is expected to be available again.

Shipping / Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery to other EU countries may take a few days longer.
Which parcel service do you use for shipping?
We usually ship with DHL or a similar parcel service. You will receive a tracking number after shipment.
How is the shipping weight calculated?
The product weight stated in our online shop corresponds to the net weight (contents without packaging).
Shipping costs are calculated based on the gross weight, including the carton, protective material and packaging.
The final weight is determined during packaging and may vary depending on the order size.
The additional packaging weight is typically between 0.5 kg and 1.5 kg.
Shipping costs are calculated based on this final shipping weight.
Does Haftsin also deliver abroad and to other EU countries?
Yes, we deliver to many countries within the European Union (EU).
Shipping costs depend on the total weight (gross weight including packaging) and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Current shipping prices:
0–5 kg: €19.99
5–10 kg: €24.99
10–20 kg: €29.99
20–31 kg: €48.99
For larger orders, multiple packages may be required.
How long do your food products last?
All products in our online shop Haftsin are original, fresh and carefully selected.
The respective best before date (BBD) can be found directly on the product packaging and in the product description.
We only ship goods with sufficient remaining shelf life to ensure you receive your food in the best quality.
Can I place larger orders or bulk orders with Haftsin?
Yes, large orders and larger quantities are always possible at Haftsin.
If you would like to order larger quantities for your business, restaurant or event, please contact us in advance by email or via the contact form.
We will gladly advise you and create a customized offer including shipping conditions.
Has my order already been shipped?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damage (package & contents) and contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return items?
Unopened, originally packaged goods can usually be returned within 14 days. Please contact us beforehand so we can coordinate the return with you.
Who bears the costs of the return shipment?
Depending on the reason:
– In case of incorrect delivery or damaged goods, we will cover the costs.
– In the case of cancellation without defect, the return shipping costs may have to be borne by the customer.
How do I make a complaint about a product?
Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the affected item. We will find a quick and fair solution together.
Can I exchange an item?
If the item is unopened and undamaged, an exchange is often possible after consultation. Please contact us beforehand.

What warranty do I have on the products?
The statutory warranty rights apply. If a product has defects, please contact us.
How long do I have to cancel my order?

Log in to your customer account and adjust your details in the "Addresses" or "Account Information" section.
Can I have my customer account deleted?
Yes. Simply send us a message requesting the deletion of your account. We will process your request in accordance with legal requirements.

Does Haftsin offer gift vouchers?
Yes. You can buy gift vouchers in various values (e.g. €10, €20, €50, €100, €200).
How do I receive my voucher?
Option 1: Digital – you will receive the voucher code via email.
Option 2: Physical – you will receive a beautiful Haftsin gift card by post if you select this option in the shop (depending on your settings).
How do I redeem my voucher?
Add your desired products to your shopping cart and enter the voucher code in the voucher/discount field at checkout. The amount will be automatically deducted.
How long is my voucher valid for?
Our vouchers are usually valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (or according to your rule – you can adjust this).
Can a voucher be redeemed for cash?
No, a cash payout of the balance is not possible. The voucher can only be used for purchases in the Haftsin online shop.
Data protection
Will my data be handled securely?
Yes. We use your data exclusively for processing your order and – if you consent – for our newsletter. Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
Do you share my data with third parties?
