for the online shop “Haftsin – Persian Food Online”
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop. www.haft-sin.de do.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the button "Agreement to pay for the order you are placing" You are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) The contract is concluded as soon as you receive a Order confirmation via email you receive.
(4) The language of the contract is German . The contract text will not be permanently stored.
§ 4 Prices and shipping costs
(1) All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.
(2) In addition to the prices shown, shipping costs will be charged, which will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart and on the order page.

– Germany (DE):
Orders under €49 incur a flat shipping fee of €5.99.
Free shipping on orders over €49
– European Union (EU):
Shipping costs depend on the total weight (gross weight including packaging) and amount to:
0–5 kg → €19.99
5–10 kg → €24.99
10–20 kg → €29.99
20–31 kg → €48.99
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery is available within Germany and to selected countries of the European Union (EU).
Shipping is usually handled by DHL or a comparable shipping provider.
Delivery within Germany usually takes 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
Delivery times may vary for shipments to other EU countries.
If an order needs to be shipped in multiple packages due to weight or volume, there will be no additional costs for the customer, provided these costs were indicated in advance.
§ 6 Payment methods
The following payment options are available to you:

– Credit card (via PayPal or Klarna)
– Klarna invoice / installment purchase
– Instant bank transfer (Klarna Sofort)
– Advance payment (bank transfer)
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory right of withdrawal from 14 days .

§ 8 Retention of Title
The goods will remain until full payment our property.
§ 9 Warranty
The following apply: statutory warranty rights .
Natural variations in the color, consistency, or aroma of food do not constitute defects.
§ 10 Liability
(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
(2) In cases of simple negligence, we shall only be liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations.
(3) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Section 11 Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated and not prepared to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 12 Final Provisions
(1) It applies German law excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect.
(3) The contract language is German .
